Shipping policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

• the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame.

• items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once an item is returned AND confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation of this refund to the email address you included when you placed the order. Eligible refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. The amount of time it takes for funds to appear in your account is dependent on your credit card provider.
