RETURNS

Wendy Loves This! ALWAYS wants their customers to LOVE what they purchase as much as Wendy does!  We are happy to take returns. Please read below...

We ask that Items be RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date of delivery. Full priced items in their original condition, including tag, are eligible for return.

For a return address please contact Wendy at wendy@wendylovesthis.com and return items in their original packaging - or similar conditions.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

1. Any SALE item - All sales are FINAL SALE.
2. Any item purchased at a charity event, shopping fair, fundraising boutique, etc. is FINAL SALE.
3. ROVR coolers are FINAL SALE.
4. Items that have been worn or washed are not refundable.
5. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS

Once an item is returned AND confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation of this refund to the email address you included when you placed the order. Eligible refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. The amount of time it takes for funds to appear in your account is dependent on your credit card provider.
